Combating to be Your Best!

  • Drink Plenty of Water: Water provides oxygen to the skin and keeps your skin hydrated. Taking your daily vitamins as necessary.

  • Facial Exercises: Strengthening and relaxing your facial muscles can result in some serious anti-aging benefits. It's known to be so effective that I would hold off on the face lift until you attempt this for 3-4 months straight.

  • Eat Vegetables and Fruit that are tailored to you. Your goal is five to nine servings a day.

  • Moisturize Your Skin: Maintaining moisture balance in our skin reduces the appearance of fine lines, prevents sensitivity, and controls oil production. Apply a dime-size amount of the formula for your skin type to each cheek and massage it into your face, neck, and chest.

  • Exfoliating Your Skin: Dead skin cells reduce the amount of absorption you get from the products you apply and increases winter dryness and irritation. In order to maintain healthy, youthful, glowing skin we need to both remove old, dead skin cells and encourage proper cellular turn over. Exfoliating both removes the old dead skin cells and speeds up cell renewal enabling new healthy skin cells to grow.

  • Getting Plenty of Rest/Sleep: When you don't get enough sleep, your body produces excess cortisol, a hormone that breaks down skin cells. Get enough rest, and you'll produce more HGH which helps skin remain thick, more elastic & and less likely to wrinkle.

  • Wear Sunscreen: Dermatologists recommend wearing a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of 30 or higher on all skin that will be exposed.

  • De-Stress: Stress is a normal part of life. However you need to make it a point to de-stress and take that ME Time or it can play a part in your overall health having complications, along with speeding up the aging process.

  • Hormone Imbalance: When you are hormonally imbalanced, your body is on an aging roller coaster – you gain weight, your skin starts to wrinkle, you sleep badly, feel stressed, and begin to look older.

  • Exfoliate a couple times per week.

  • Clean makeup brushes regularly.

  • Use correct cleanser for skin type.

  • Have a skincare routine that is easy to follow.
